BT – 501 Zinc Rich Cold Galvanizing
Agent easily to use by spray with shake well before apply. Paint surface by this product after drying can be welded.
APPLICATION
Surface to be painted must be cleaned from rust, oil and dirt. Shake well BT – 501 Zinc Rich Cold Galvanizing Agent before apply and during use because the zinc content tends to settle. Push knob about three second in up – down position to prevent valve keep clean and easy in future usage.

ZINC RICH PAINT PRIMER M – 524 – 0157
- It is fast drying Zinc Rich Paint Primer.
- Recommended uses :
Shop or field priming or structural steel, girders, plates, tanks etc. Subject to industrial or rural atmospheric conditions for indoors or outdoors exposures. - Surface Preparation :
Sandblasting, pickling, or cleaning with sand paper to remove any oxidized metal surface. The surface should be free from any types of rust, oil, grease etc. - Application :
Apply by brush, roller or pressure pot spray, thin sparingly as necessary with Vedy thinner P- 0112.
Specification :
- Touch dry : 5 – 10 minutes.
- Dry to Handle : 1 Hour .
- Recoat : Wet on wet by thinning and spraying or wet on dry after one hour.
- Color : Light grey slightly metallic.
- Finish : Flat
- Hardness : F – 2H Pencil hardness.
- Gloss : Mat – semi gloss.
- Binder : Alkyd.
- Pigment : Zinc dust ,metallic pigment, and extender.
- Solvents : Alcohols, ketones, aromatics, aliphatics etc.
- Percent solids by volume : 46.7 %
- Recommended wet film thickness : 100 mili microns to 160 mili microns.
- Recommended dry film thickness : 50 Millimicrons to 75 Millimicrons
- Storage : It is highly flammable paint, so keep away from any fire.
It is highly pigmented paint so stirred well before use and – storage stability about six month.
